SD HealthEDventure is a K-12 web-based health education curriculum and resource center provided free to all South Dakota Schools last fall.
The website has been designed to fit into all classrooms, assist in incorporating SD health curriculum standards, academic standards for language arts, math, science, and social studies as well as standards for family and consumer science classes and counseling.
In addition to lesson plans, this site contains many tools for teachers such as graphic organizers, teaching strategies,rubrics and templates for classroom use.
Kids and Teens will also enjoy features such as a health library,challenging games and activities, fitness center, and a “live”question and answer feature.
